Easily attached to a hand held electric drill, the Mix Stir allows home brewers and wine makers to quickly aerate wort and/or must, thus preparing each for yeast and fermentation.

For degassing wine, the Mix Stir, used in short bursts, will quickly remove gas from fermented wine, readying it for clarification and stabilization.
