 Application Tip:
To upgrade the yeast to a liquid culture, purchase the Wyeast 1450 Denny’s Ale yeast separately. Fermenting clean at around 60 degrees, the strain ferments dry and crisp while still providing a full mouthfeel and accentuating caramel malts. The yeast produces a fruitier profile with warmer fermentation temperaratures. (Additional yeast sold separately.)
